OPP are reminding boaters they need to stay sober to be operating on the waters.
On June 22nd at around 3pm, Wellington County OPP conducting marine patrol on Conestogo Lake spotted a watercraft which appeared to be in need of assistance.
As a result of investigation a 23 year old man of Mapleton was charged with Operation While Impaired.
The accused will appear in Guelph court next month.
