Huron County OPP have arrested and charged a Stratford resident with Impaired Driving following a traffic complaint.
OPP were called Saturday September 18th at around 4:30pm as OPP received two separate calls of a compact car driving erratically westbound from Clinton on Highway 8.
Police located the vehicle parked at a residence on Iron Springs Road. Officer had noticed many signs of impairment from the driver who was then placed under arrest, who took two breath samples, both found over the legal limit.
The 24 year of Stratford has been charged with Operation While Impaired, Operation While Impaired, Blood Alcohol Concentration 80 Plus and Fail to Comply with Undertaking.
The accused will appear in Goderich Court on October 4th.
