On February 8th at around 11:25am, a Wellington County OPP officer was speaking to a driver who was parked a business on Main Street South in Mount Forest.
While speaking with the driver the officer had suspected the driver had been consuming alcohol. Police arrested the individual and further tests were conducted.
As a result at 33 year old Wellington North resident has been charged with Impaired Operation 80 plus.
A 90 day license suspended and 7 day vehicle impoundment were done.
The accused will appear in Guelph court at a later date.
