Perth County OPP have charged a North Perth resident after a domestic disturbance.
On July 4th police investigated a domestic incident in North Perth. During the investigation it was determined one person involved had assaulted the other with items being damaged.
The victim was not injured. As a result a 26 year old from North Perth was arrested and charged with 2 counts of Mischief under $5000 and Spousal Assault.
The accused was released from custody and will appear in Stratford court at a later date.
