The Provincial Government announced today that primary and secondary schools will remain on remote learning following the spring break this week.

Premier Ford and Education Minister Stephen Lecce say the move is a result of the very contagious Covid-19 variants that are spreading rapidly across the Province.

There wasn’t an end date given on the move and was only given as when it is proven safe to do so.

Emergency childcare for health care and other essential workers will continue during the extension in required remote learning.

Other childcare for those unable to work from home will also continue during the required remote learning.
