Over $14.4 million in provincial funding will help local municipalities address their infrastructure needs.
MPP Matthew Rae says the funding is off the Ontario Community Infrastructure Fund supporting projects with populations under 100,000 along with rural and northern communities.
Funding amounts are based on multiple factors including economic conditions of each community. North Perth will see $972,700 of the funding,
Minto will receive $1,314,896, Mapleton’s share is $1,140,309 with Stratford benefiting from $3,115,579.
