Hanover Police say one person is facing charges after an assault.
On June 27th at around 9:50pm two men and a woman known to each other were talking on Ninth Street in town when one man attacked the other in whats being called an unprovoked assault.
Police say a bystander had intervened with one of the men fleeing on foot after stealing property from another man.
On July 5th an officer spotted the suspect who was arrested after a short chase and has been charged with robbery and two counts of breach of probation.
