One person is dead with two in hospital after a serious incident on Friday in Arthur.
Wellington County OPP responded with emergency crews to a house on February 2nd at around 10:45am on Concession 9 just west of Arthur.
Police say reports indicated three individuals were found unresponsive.
All three were taken to hospital with one, a 28 year old from South Bruce Peninsula being pronounced deceased.
The Office of the Chief Coroner has been notified.
