Off-Road Vehicle Driver from Huron East Charged with Multiple Offences after Stop in North Perth

Police observed the driver of the off-road vehicle on May 19th just after 9pm. They were not wearing a helmet and the vehicle had no lights on.

 

The Perth County OPP have charged a Huron East resident with multiple charges after they were stopped on an Off-Road Vehicle on Perth Road 140 in North Perth.

Police observed the driver of the off-road vehicle on May 19th just after 9pm. They were not wearing a helmet and the vehicle had no lights on.

The investigation revealed that the accused was prohibited from driving.

A 61 year old of Brussels has been charged with 3 counts of driving while prohibited, driving with no insurance, no number plate, no permit and failing to wear a proper helmet.

The accused was released from custody with a schedule court date in Stratford at a later date.
