O’Donnell Scores in Overtime, Listowel Wins Sutherland Cup

The Listowel Cyclones are Sutherland Cup Champions.

Wylie Birkett scored on the power play midway through the 3^rd period to tie up the game and it was Jack O’Donnell in the 1^st overtime to lead the Cyclones to a 4-3 win and be crowned Sutherland Cup Champions taking down the St Marys Lincolns in five games.

Dixon Grimes posted 35 saves in the win.

Including the Sutherland Cup Round Robin, the Listowel Cyclones finish the postseason with an 18-3 record.
