Northern Wellington Launches Digital Service Squad for Fourth Time

The Minto Chamber of Commerce has announced they have received a $59,000 grant from the Digital Main Street program for a two year, Digital Service Squad program to support small business owners with the tools and support to digitally transform their business and boost online.

Trained specialists meet with small businesses within the community at no cost to them to complete an online assessment and provide digital support such as 360 photos, social media, basic website setup and more.

President of the Minto Chamber of Commerce, Heather Watterworth says they are very excited to launch to program across Northern Wellington for a fourth time and assist local business.

The service squad will be provided across Minto, Wellington North and Mapleton.

Nelia Ricardo-Wodiany will act as the Digital Service Squad member for Northern Wellington County.
