North Perth offered a reminder to stay active these days in order to preserve not only your physical health but your mental health as well. With this being Mental Health Week it’s the perfect time to get up off your chair and get active. Erin Cook Veitch runs virtual fitness sessions over Zoom for those that would like a little help getting active.
Tonight’s session is at 6:30pm. Erin offers this advice in terms of those worried about regretting working out.
“In all honesty the only workout you will regret is the one you didn’t do. You will never workout and say oh gosh I wish I didn’t workout because you will always feel a little bit better.”
