The North Perth Public Library is keeping busy with plans for Canada Day and heading into July to explore parts of Listowel and Atwood.
On Canada Day, the Library is encouraging residents to get out and explore Atwood and fine four hidden boxes to collect items from.
Also running with the library is the Storywalk around Listowel.
Hayley Dietz, Coordinator of Digital Initiatives with the North Perth Public Library says the Storywalk is all about exploring all around Listowel which starts by getting a map from the library.
“The map there has pinpointed where to go its numbered with 18 stops. At each of the stops you’re going to read a page of the story and continue on your walk.” said Dietz.
Those who finish the walk can enter a ballot at the library for a chance to win prizes with draws every Friday in July for a chance to win Shop Local Dollars.
