Huron-Perth’s housing market is hot and North Perth is adding onto the heat.
The price of a home in the municipality is up 89.9 per cent when compared to January of 2021 and a massive 310.2 percent from 10 years ago.
The average sale price of a home in North Perth for last month broke another record at $926,983 according to the Huron-Perth Association of Realtors.
18 homes were sold last month with 15 of them in Listowel.
The median number of days on the market for a home was 11 days.
