The North Perth Fire Department is gearing up for its annual toy drive once again.
Fire crews will be outside in town at Canadian Tire, Zehrs and Walmart on Saturday collecting toys to be donating back to kids in need this Christmas season.
Jason with North Perth Fire says they’ll be looking for all kinds of age ranges for the drive, including teenagers who during events such as this can be missed.
“Everyone tends to focus on the younger children which is amazing but the 13-15 year olds, if they could give things like gift cards it would be appreciated.” said Jason.
The North Perth Fire Toy Drive will kick off on Saturday from 11am-4pm.
A BBQ will also be available at Zehrs by donation.
All toys will be donated to the Salvation Army.
