North Perth is looking at a 3.6 per cent property tax jump for residential and agricultural property in the area.
This equals out to around $2.20 per week increase of the average residential property and $2.77 for agricultural.
The draft operational budget will now head to public consultation on April 17th.
The development of the budget has put a focus on public input and engagement inviting ratepayers who have been invited to provide feedback in November and at budget meetings held throughout the year.
