North Perth Council to Consider ORV By-Law

On March 29^th, North Perth council heard from delegate Shawn Thompson regarding the use of off-road vehicles (ORV) within the municipality.

Staff went ahead to have public engagement and have a survey done for the community to respond to. Tonight council will look into the 298 responses given.

Early information shows 87.9 per cent are in favour of having ORV’s on North Perth roads.

Following discussion council will decide whether or not to proceed with the adoption of the Off-Road Vehicle By-law.
