North Perth will be conducting a comprehensive and independent council composition and ward boundary review.
The municipality has retained Watson & Associates Economists Ltd in association with Dr. Robert J Williams for the review.
The work will help identify fair and equitable electoral ward boundaries for the 2026 municipal election and beyond.
Information will be shared with residents in a consultation process with both in person and virtual community info sessions.
North Perth elects a Mayor, Deputy Mayor and 8 councilors in 3 separate wards, Listowel, Elma and Wallace. The Mayor, Deputy Mayor and one of the 8 councilors also sit on Perth County council.
