North Perth has approved the 2023 Capital and Operating Budget.
The budget address a variety of important municipal services and to invest in current and future infrastructure and asset needs.
Property taxes paid by North Perth taxpayers reflect taxes levied by the municipality, the county and local school boards.
Combined, the overall levy increase for North Perth will be 8.7 per cent.
With assessment shifts and real growth, the 2023 residential levy impact will be about 3.6 per cent or around 31 cents per day.

The capital budget for the year includes various carryovers and new projects including the Transportation Master Plan which features a truck bypass, asphalt resurfacing, the Listowel Memorial Park Playground Replacement and Water Meter replacements.
