North Perth has approved the 2022 Capital and Operating Budget.
Residents will see a 2.3% property tax increase due to assessment shifts and growth which equals out to around 20 cents per day.
Depending on the size of a residents garbage wheel bin, a user fee will vary for residents between $2-$5 increased.
The annual fee covers the service cost for garbage collection.
