North Perth Approves 2022 Capital and Operating Budget

Property tax increase equals out to 20 cents per day

North Perth has approved the 2022 Capital and Operating Budget.

Residents will see a 2.3% property tax increase due to assessment shifts and growth which equals out to around 20 cents per day.

Depending on the size of a residents garbage wheel bin, a user fee will vary for residents between $2-$5 increased.

The annual fee covers the service cost for garbage collection.
