North Perth advises Customers may have Received Multiple Water Invoices This Week

They say if you have not received it, to check your junk mail folder & add Municipality to your safe list.

 

The Municipality of North Perth is advising residents that customers who are registered for e-Billing may have received their North Perth water invoice multiple times this week.

They say if you have not received your invoice, to please check your junk mail folder and add the Municipality to your safe list.

The invoice is issued by Hannah Haid, Finance Assistant.

If you cannot find your invoice in your inbox or junk folder they say to call them at 519-292-2046.

They do say its a customers responsibility to monitor whether or not their water bill has been received.

That add that failure to receive an invoice does not excuse it from payment or applicable interest.

Bills are issued bi-mothy and due by the 15th the following month.
