The North Huron Community Food Share has fundraiser event, Stuff the Bus running this Saturday October 2nd.
Buses will be outside Value-Mart and Foodland in Wingham and Foodland in Brussels from 10am-2pm.
Marilyn King, Chair of the North Huron Community Food Share says they have support many families this fiscal year and appreciates the support they have received so far.
“We have helped over 3000 families in our last fiscal year. Typically 25-35 families come in every week, Wednesday morning when the Food Share is open.” said King.
Canned fruits and veggies, school lunch items are among the notable items needed most.
