North Huron council has given approval for the sale of the former Wingham Modular Home property.
The 2.85 acre parcel of land at 166 John St in Wingham was declared as surplus in February and council directed staff to dispose of the surplus land as per North Huron’s policy.
Council approved the purchase and sale agreement with J.E Hodgins Lumbus LTD and Precision Builders for the property.
The sale price of the land is $500,000.
