Nominations are now open in North Perth for the Norm Stirling Citizen of the Year and Celebrate North Perth Inspiration Award.
The Norm Stirling Award is given to residents who have made significant contributions to the welfare and betterment of the community.
Norm Stirling was a forestry foreman with Ontario Hydro and among the heroes of the Listowel Memorial Arena collapse in 1959.
The Celebrate North Perth Inspiration Award honours one who inspires others through their service to the community.
Nominations will be accepted until March 25th at 4:30pm and can be done from the North Perth website.
