While there were no injuries in an apartment fire in Mount Forest on Friday, seven families are displaced as a result.
Wellington North fire crews were called to the blaze on Main Street North at around 11:32pm on June 23rd.
Deputy Fire Chief Callise Loos says firefighters arrived on the scene with the complex on fire with smoke showing and while there were occupants inside the building at the time, everyone was able to get out safely.
A partial roof collapse has left a number of apartments suffering damage. Fire crews were assisted from stations in Minto, West Grey, Southgate and Durham.
The damage from the fire is estimated at least $750,000 and deemed not suspicious.
