The University of Guelph, Ridgetown Campus announced last week a new Entrance Scholarship Program to recognize the academic achievement of incoming students and help attract future leaders to the Associate Diplomas in Agriculture, Environment Management and Horticulture.
The new scholarships, which will be awarded for the first time this fall, enhance the campus’ Student Awards Program, which distributes close to $200,000 annually to deserving students.
Recipients of the new scholarships will be selected based on admission average. All eligible applications and new students will be considered for these $1500 awards.
