The Municipality of North Perth has contracted Listowel’s GEI Consultant Inc to look at the design and contract administration for a big project which will begin next spring with a completed date of late 2027.
This major project includes the construction of the Wallace Industrial ROW, Fairlane Road, Wallace Avenue North roundabout and site serving of the North East Development Lands.
At this time, resident comments are being welcome with a public information centre being held at the municipal office in Listowel on January 14th from 12-2pm and 5-7pm.
