As construction continues for a new Centre Wellington school, the board has turned to the public to find a new school name.
It’s expected the school will open in September 2025 in Fergus. Until February 25th the public can submit proposed names from an online survey.
In the coming months the school board will hold a virtual meeting where members can rank a shortlist of proposed names.
The decision on the final approved name will be made by the board of trustees.
