You can expect more overnight emergency department closures over the weekend.
The Huron-Perth Healthcare Alliance has announced the emergency department will be closing at the Seaforth Community Hospital at 5am on Saturday and reopen at 8am on Sunday.
A closure will also be seen at the Clinton Public Hospital on Sunday and reopen on Monday at 8am.
The closure in Clinton will extend it hours from 8am-8pm on Saturday to help with an expected increase of volumes due to an event at the Walton Raceway.
