The Mitchell Hawks PJHL team shared thanks to the Mitchell Minor Hockey Meteors U11 LL Team who brought home gold at the Stonetown Classic Hockey Tournament in St. Marys this weekend.
The team tied their first game against the St. Marys Rock before ringing off three straight wins against the Blyth-Brussels Crusaders, St. Thomas Stars, Lucan Irish to take them to the Final.
The team was able to defeat the St. Marys Rock in a rematch of their first game and come out with a 3-1 win to take home the gold.
