The Mitchell Hawks put on a show at home as they hand the Mount Forest Patriots their 2nd regular season loss with an 8-2 win.
Braeden Burdett scored twice in the win for Mitchell.
The Hawks have also acquired Isaac Sturgeon for the Dorchester Dolphins.
Through 26 games last season, Sturgeon posted 11 goals with 11 assists for 22 points.
Sturgeon added 2 assists through 6 playoff games last year with Dorchester.
