Police say a missing Erin woman has been safely located.
On October 21st at around 5pm OPP began an investigation into the missing woman who was last seen in the area of Trafalgar Road in Erin.
It was determined the missing woman had gone for a walk in the woods and ended up lost.
With the help of the West Region Emergency Response Team, OPP Canine Unit and OPP Aviation Services the woman was rescued after an extensive search.
She was found in good health and returned home.
