Upgrades continue to look up at Clifford’s Celebration Square.
The Town of Minto announced they recently were granted funding as part of Canada’s Healthy Community Initiative which provides support to communities to adapt public spaces.
The Clifford Celebration Square is set to be complete with benches, tables and a heritage wall which could feature things such as local art.
The Town had applied for two federal funding programs for the square as they eyed this spring to have the square completed.
The Town announced last summer $95,000 was granted for improvements to renovate the celebration square.
