A COVID-19 assessment centre will be opening up in Palmerston this weekend.
The Wellington Healthcare Alliance announced the new location will be at the Minto Rural Health Centre at 500 Whites Road, opening up on December 12th. The assessment centre will only operate from 10am-4pm on Saturdays.
Weekday assessment centres remain open in both Harriston and Fergus.
