Meridian Credit Union is reminding everyone that nominations are open for the Meridian Small Business Big Impact Awards.
They say that small businesses can make a big impact when it comes to environmental and social change.
Every action they take brings our communities closer to a better future, from sustainability to social equity.
The awards have a $25,000 grand prize.
They ask for nominations for deserving businesses that you believe are having a positive impact.
If the business wins the nominee receives $500. Second prize for the awards is $10,000 and third is $5,000.
Businesses must be based in Ontario to be eligible and nominations close October 31st.
