The Wellington County OPP is investigating after they responded to a suspicious item occurrence on Main Street South in Mount Forest.
It was reported on October 13th that a number of pieces of meat that had been laced with what looked like Rodenticide were located in the area.
OPP are asking anyone who can help police to contact Wellington County OPP at 1-888-310-1122.

Police remind everyone to watch for hazards that could injure your pets and if you are using products like rodenticide to use precautions suggested by the manufacturer.
