Mapleton user fees and charges for municipal services will be going up.
These fees will apply to permits, zoning amendments, animal control, cemetery services and hall rentals.
This will be discussed in council later today that along with the increased rates, staff are also looking at changes to the fees and charges bylaw.
All of the set increases are intended to ensure user fees are enough to recover costs for services which directly benefit specific users.
