Mandatory masking will be back in effect across the Listowel and Wingham hospital.
With the province seeing the early start to respiratory season and a higher rate of COVID-19 cases in hospitals and long term care homes masking in clinical areas that the Listowel-Wingham Hospital Alliance operates and will be in effect as of Wednesday.
Masking will be required for healthcare workers, patients, family and caregivers in all clinical areas where patient care is provided in the hospital.
Masking is optional in non clinical areas and public spaces of the hospital.
