Lucknow Central Public School has received a huge boost to their playground rejuvenation efforts. Circle K has come forward with a donation of $20,000 to the project.
The school has undertaken the project to address the playground which continue to age and are in need of an upgrade.
Alison Bradley, Principal of Lucknow Central Public School says the support from the community has been very heartwarming to see.
“I can’t thank the local community enough we have been the lucky recipients of some generous donations from the community. We are very grateful for that support.” said Bradley.
The fundraising is done in 3 phases which has already finished phase 1 with a ball pit installed and a tarmac updated.
The donation from Circle K helps reach the goal over phase 2 for a new playground apparatus.
