The Town of Minto shared word of a local resident & organization taking part in the upcoming Supporting Performing Arts in Rural & Remote Community symposium in Prince Edward County.
The event from October 13th to 16 with see Megan & Peggy Raftis from the Grey Wellington Theater Guild and Harriston Town Hall Theatre presenting a workshop entitled “Growing the Next Generation: Youth Theatre in a Rural Setting.”
It is set to discuss their success in the community and share tips & strategies on how to start your own youth theatre troupe.
Mount Forest based Motus O Dance Theatre will also be presenting a workshop entitled “Collaborations: Just Do It”.
