OPP say a 37 year old from Listowel and another from Central Huron are among the 45 arrested with 440 guns being seized in raids targeting manufacturers of 3d printed “ghost” guns across eight provinces.

More than 20 police forces were involved in a total of 64 raids seizing 440 guns including 3d printed handguns, long guns, 3d printers and silencers.

The Listowel and Central Huron men face several charges including manufacturing a prohibited fireman.

Police continue to have their concerns with “ghost” guns as they are untraceable and are assembled at home or 3d printed without serial numbers.
