A reminder today of the Remembrance Day ceremony at the cenotaph is not a public event.
Residents are asked to stay at home and watch online which will be done on the Listowel Legions Facebook page.
The 11 hour stand has started, one member by the cenotaph standing per hour for 11 hours.
