A scam often seen with local chamber of commerce has now affected the Listowel Fair.
An email has been shared around looking to confirm an interest in getting the visitors and attendees list of this year’s Listowel Fair.
The email says a follow up can be sent with a cost and additional details.
These requests, as usually seen around a members list for a chamber of commerce are nothing more than a scam and those who receive these emails should not inquire further.
