There are two new child care centres open in the region.
The Avon Maitland District School Board celebrated these openings of the Listowel Eastdale Public School and Milverton Child Care Centres.
The board says these partnerships between the board, Perth Care for Kids and the province are crucial in supporting families.
These centres will provide a critical service for families allowing parents and caregivers to work confidently knowing their children are cared for in safe, welcoming spaces.
Children will be welcomed at Listowel Eastdale starting January 12th.
