This year will mark the 165th anniversary of the Listowel Agricultural Society.
To help mark the celebration, the agricultural society is making a cookbook to feature an all local favourite recipe book. The limit is one recipe per person and is open to anyone at no cost.
President of the Listowel Agricultural Society, Elizabeth Johnston says no matter they recipe, they want to help share it.
“If its a dessert, a main dish, an appetizer, a salad, whatever it might be, we want to see it.” said Johnston
The deadline to submit recipes is June 4th. To submit a recipe visit ListowelFair.com or email [email protected] to get a recipe form.
Cookbooks will be on sale this summer for $10 each.
