Stratfords Winter Festival of Lights is going dark.
With the new restrictions in the province now in place, the festival dubbed Lights On Stratford has made the decision to remove the lights at Market Square to halt the spread of COVID-19. Lights on Stratford was originally extended until the end of February as cases continue to rise across the province and with the new restrictions, organizers and crew members said there wasn’t much of another option.
With the lights removed, organizers have their eyes set for lights next year.
