It was another successful year of donations and support for the Leslie Motors Annual Toy Drive.
Donations of new toys were being accepted at each dealership in Harriston, Walkerton and Wingham as well as any non perishable food item.
The drive, while saw less in terms of items donated this year did see an increase in monetary donations to give back.
Lisa Leslie says not only will the items donated stay local, but other organizations got involved to give back.
“Everyone is a Minto resident, they had to register in town to be a recipient and the Harriston Kinsmen they made food hampers for everyone and those with families with children we helped with toys. There were gifts for everyone” said Leslie.
The toy drive has been a yearly event as Leslie adds its become just normal for them around Christmas Time to do and is well received and support year after year.
