Kyle Reaburn has been appointed to a fill a vacancy on the Board of Trustees for the Upper Grand District School Board.
The seat was left vacant after Katherine Hauser was selected to fill a vacancy in Guelph City council with Reaburn serving as a trustee for the rest of the 2022-26 term.
Kyle was raised in Palmerston, attending Palmerston Public School and Norwell District Secondary before heading to the University of Guelph.
Board Chair Ralf Mesenbrink says Kyle has shown a commitment to equity, collaboration and communication with the public and a deep understanding of policy and its impact on both organizations and the public served by these organizations.
