The Kids Lunch Club with It Takes a Village and the Listowel Legion has officially kicked off.
The lunch club helps provide students who benefited from the school nutrition program and more to have access to lunches throughout the summer Tuesday-Saturday from 11am-1pm.
The lunches are complete with a sandwich, fruit or leftover veggies from It Takes a Village’s Saturday market, a drink as well as a treat.
Volunteers have put their feet forward, helping assemble the lunches at the Legion.
